Simple, but at the same time very efficient software package for designing and manual PCB layout of low and medium complexity. The program is very popular among Russian radio amateurs.

The main advantage of Sprint-Layout is a user-friendly interface, which includes only the most necessary tools to prepare printed circuit boards measuring 300 by 300 mm. The program allows you to work with two layers (conductors and marking) for each side of the board. Additional features - a layer of solder mask, metallization, SMD-mask. Built-in router only helps raise conductors and is not automatic. In growing library contains the most common electronic components. In Sprint-Layout implemented the ability to export your work in popular formats Excellon and Gerber, as well as to create HPGL files for finishing printed circuit board on program-controlled milling machine. The package is widely used for the manufacture of circuit boards LUT method .
The program is hardly suitable for professionals because its scope is limited to a small fee, low density elements. But, thanks to the logical and understandable structure, Sprint-Layout is very easy to learn and is recommended for beginners designers who do not want to waste your time on the study of more complex programs.
Program Language German or English. Local enthusiasts was created fully functional Russified version of the program that gets in the network name of Sprint-Layout 6 (but not having any relation to the second official version released in 2013). The interface has been redesigned for greater comfort, added a large number of electronic components and retain compatibility with all original versions of Sprint-Layout to version 5.
